One of the things that struck me when I started working on this blog was how little research had been done into the great sea change of academic labor that.
The session presentation was titled “Optimizing the Use of Part-Time Faculty.” Titles like this make me queasy, because “optimizing” people generally goes well for those doing the optimizing and badly.
