Professional Track

A dynamic and exciting track, offering exceptional opportunities for tenured faculty to network between one another and themselves. Presenters will lead participants in dialoguing and exploration of leadership amongst the professional environment. Behavioral structures and components of conflict resolution will be spotlighted and celebrated. Location: Trustees Lounge.

Adjunct & Graduate Assistant Track

This track is uniquely crafted to bring all players to the university table. With a centralized venue in the Student Union, part-time faculty and valued teaching assistants will meet under one roof to proactively examine the nuts and bolts of community life. A diverse mosaic of workshops will help attendees recognize and implement the fundamental underpinnings of cooperation with university leaders and how to maximize one’s skills.

12:00-1:25 Luncheon (Hearty Carnivore / Fin ‘n Feather / Vegetarian); Keynote Address: Larry Swaggers, Talent & Resource Allocation Manager, Nimby Investments; charter member, Nimby Toastmasters’ Club

1:30-2:55 Synergistic Workshops

3:00-3:50 Motivational Send-off: presentation of program certificates, tee-shirts, and participant recognition prizes (full-time faculty only).

4:00-5:30 Wine and Cheese at Alumni Ballroom (Professional Track)
