Adjunct faculty at the Art Institute of Seattle voted against union

[private]by Amy Rolph Faculty at the Art Institute of Seattle voted against taking an unprecedented move to unionize in July. If successful, the move would have been a first for for-profit schools in Washington state. The faculty at the small college near Pike Place Market voted this week to decide if they should unionize. Votes were tallied showing 64 faculty members voted against the measure and 48 voted in favor.
