Must be present on campus two days per week
Maintain "Reasonable Availablity" by email, text, or phone during business hours while off campus.
Prepare and instruct five courses each spring and fall.
Attend (on campus) department, COE, University meetings/training are required.
Work closely with the Program Coordinator/Director/Dept. Chair to complete tasks and contribute to program functioning.
Remain available for a course assignment during Summer Semester as necessary.
Demonstrate flexible workload assignments from semester to semester, as necessary, to support changing program requirements.
Demonstrate adaptability of position assignments based on changing needs of the program, college and university.
Supervision of interns in P-5 field placements.
Coordinate regular site visits with site supervisors.
Participate in program course scheduling.
Coordinate supervision of Block Orientation.
Review/reconcile student issues at sites
Participate in remediation as needed
To qualify for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Educations/Elementary Education
At least five years teaching in a P-5 setting
