Job Description
The Department of Natural Sciences, in the College of Arts and Sciences, seeks applications from qualified candidates for a part-time non-tenure track position in Chemistry. We seek qualified instructors to teach face-to-face lecture and laboratory courses. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a safe environment for instruction and learning in a laboratory setting.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Must have 18 graduate credit hours in related area.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience teaching at the college level.
  • Experience working with all students from different backgrounds and settings.
  • Completed Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field.

Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
