Ramapo College of New Jersey is searching for an adjunct professor of Electrodynamics (lecture) to teach one section in the Fall or Spring semester.

Job Summary:

The Adjunct Professor of Electrodynamics will teach a course that covers advanced concepts in electricity and magnetism with the use of calculus and vector calculus. Areas covered will include electrostatics, Gauss' Law, charges in motion, magnetic fields in vacuum and matter, and Maxwell's equations.



Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Ph. D. in Physics or Engineering Physics.


Experience teaching Physics or Engineering Physics content at the undergraduate or graduate levels.

Successful candidates may also include topics related to their specialization.
