Description

Nursing Clinical Skills Instructors are hourly employees who are responsible for teaching clinical nursing skills to entry level nursing students in the Nursing Clinical Arts Center.

Required Experience

• Preparation of clinical skills modules
• Ability to validate nursing skills in accordance with best practices in nursing care
• Demonstration and supervision of basic clinical nursing skills
• Must hold an unencumbered license as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Experience as an Instructor in a nursing skills lab preferred
• A minimum of two years experience in nursing
