Dillard University, classified by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education as a balanced arts and sciences/profession institution located in the culturally rich and diverse city of New Orleans, Louisiana, announces the following part-time faculty positions for the Fall 2021 semester in the College of Arts and Sciences.
English
1. Expository Writing
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a master's degree in English, rhetoric, composition, or related discipline. Experience teaching advanced placement and/or honors courses.
Duties and responsibilities: Teach Expository Writing. Respond to students adequately and timely. Submit midterm and final grades on time. (Teaching experience preferred)
2. Argument and Research
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a master's degree in English, rhetoric, composition, or related discipline. Experience teaching advanced placement and/or honors courses.
Duties and responsibilities: Teach Argument and Research. Respond to students adequately and timely. Submit midterm and final grades on time. (Teaching experience preferred)
