Basic Function:

Kent State University at Ashtabula seeks a part-time instructor to teach courses in mammography.  Didactic courses are offered online.

Examples of Duties:

Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:

Provide guidance for clinical experiences and online classroom instruction for students enrolled in mammography courses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; current, unrestricted American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification and registration in radiography; current ARRT Certification in mammography; three (3) years of work experience as a certified mammographer; and knowledgeable in course development, instruction, and evaluation of students.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
