Job#: 532739 Department: Technology Engineering Manufacturing Job Description: Athens Technical College in Athens, Georgia seeks an Adjunct Instructor for its Commercial Truck Driving program. Instructors will be asked to provide instructions at the Walton County (Monroe) campuses depending on the program needs. The instructor is responsible for teaching day and/or evening classes in the commercial truck driving program along with classroom and lab/driving activities. The successful applicant will be expected to implement course materials that support stated initiatives and use appropriate techniques to provide students with the knowledge needed to achieve the learning outcomes for each Commercial Truck Driving course offered. Skills/Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Three (3) years of over the road experience, and a Truck Driving Certificate from a Commercial Truck Driving Training School and a clean MVR. Candidate should also have an active DOT Physical Card.
