Salary: $24.17 Hourly Location: Kingman, AZ Department: Instruction Job Number: 13-00760 Description Reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Instruction, CTE Programs, the Supplemental Instructor works under the supervision of the Lead Instructor and is responsible for conducting training in various disciplines. The skills instructor is responsible for following curriculum and course materials, providing hands-on training and assisting with training demonstrations. This part-time position works with Faculty and may be asked to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends. Typical Duties Carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes and the college's philosophies, policies, procedures and regulations. Perform teaching duties and work non-traditional hours, as needed. Remain current in practices, trends and research related to areas of specialization or assignment. Adhere to class schedules. Meet attendance standards and work additional hours, as needed. Maintain confidentiality relating to student matters. Be available for student interaction. Demonstrate a commitment to student academic success and adult learning concepts. Communicate effectively. Learn and correctly apply college policies and procedures.
