Part-Time Lecturer - Adult Nursing

Part Time Lecturer Department of Adult Nursing Job Description: The Department of Adult Nursing invites applications for Part-time Lecturer (PTL) positions. Primary responsibilities include clinical agency and/or skills laboratory instruction in adult nursing for the pre-licensure and accelerated BS program tracks. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: include a Master’s degree in nursing (preferred) from an accredited program or BSN with 5 years of clinical experience or enrollment in a Master's/graduate program with a focus on Adult Health or Medical-Surgical Nursing; RN licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility for RN licensure in MA; and recent clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience in a college or university. Additional Information: The College of Nursing is one of five colleges at the university, with an enrollment of over 600 students which includes pre-licensure, accelerated BS, and RN-BSN undergraduates as well as graduate students. All programs are fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) through 2026. The College of Nursing began a PhD program in Nursing in fall 2008 and DNP program in fall 2012.
