Adjunct Professor of English, Rhetoric and Composition POSITION Adjunct Professor of English, Rhetoric and Composition SUPERVISOR: Vice-Provost and Dean of School of Arts and Sciences DEPARTMENT: Academic Affairs GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The School of Arts and Sciences at Tiffin University invites applications for an adjunct professor of English in Rhetoric and Composition, beginning in Fall 2020 (August). The candidate should have experience in teaching all levels of freshman writing, and it is preferable if the candidate is experienced at the developmental level. Adjunct Faculty positions are temporary appointments, assigned per semester and on an as-needed basis. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education:
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level.
