Part-Time Lecturer –French

Western Connecticut State University’s Department of World Languages & Cultures invites applications for part-time adjunct position to teach an introductory course in French for the Spring 2020 semester. Class is scheduled to be held on Monday’s and Thursday’s from 3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in French or related discipline is required. Superior oral and written proficiency in the target language is required. Candidates should also be familiar with instructional technologies and current methodologies of second language acquisition. Teaching experience at college level is preferred. Salary & Benefits: Minimum starting salary will be $1,610 per load credit (or a minimum of $4,830 for a single 3 credit course).
