Take advantage of our great collection of archived resources.
To start, you can search archived issues of the Adjunct Advocate. Archived article contents go back to March/April 2000. All of our archived articles may be purchased and read by paying a small fee through the use of AdjunctNationCredits. AdjunctNationCredits (ANCs) may be purchased through our secure online store. Credits are automatically debited from your account each time an article is purchased.
Why do we charge users a fee to read our older archived content? Because we believe in compensating our writers fairly. As a result, we buy only the first serial (magazine) rights, and 90 days after publication all rights revert back to our authors (many of whom are part-time faculty). So, when you purchase an article from our archive, you are compensating the author directly for the right to read/download her/his work.
If you are interested in sharing archived material with your students or colleagues, please visit our reprinting & permission page for information about photocopying, reprinting, and syndication.
The second archive resource we offer to AdjunctNation.com users is the opportunity
to view results and vote in our past Adjunct Polls. Why not cast your votes
while the polls are still open?
The third archive resource we offer is the opportunity to take past AdjunctNation.com Pop Quizzes. The Professor is always happy to accept and grade extra credit work!
The final archive resource we offer is the opportunity to play our HangProf game. Can you avoid the noose?

No Conflicts at CCCCs This Year
"My grandmother/grandfather died and I had to leave town unexpectedly" - I know; it's not so unusual - except when A THIRD of the class uses this excuse; the sheer numbers make me wonder if our country is in the throes of a pandemic!
Feel like relaxing? Why not play a little Hang-Prof?
